Total Property Assessments require a site visit (takes about an hour) and reports are usually completed in 2-3 business days. We provide these reports free of charge to personal representatives within the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area as a way to introduce our services, but there is no obligation to use Maker Real Estate and we don't use any high-pressure sales tactics. For properties more than 40 miles from St. Paul, we charge a fee of $350 for the report.
